        Description:
  • 2.5 years overseeing the production and delivery of four separate product lines; Interactive 3d Models, 3d Apartment models residential listings, and Customized Test Fits for Commercial Office Space. Interactive 3d models included best in class web-based viewing, and eventually Virtual Reality via the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift.
  • Development of Virtual Reality Product using the HTC Vive and Oculus Rift - Real Estate features, UI/UX design, product demos for presentation to potential customers, establishing production pipeline, coordinating and managing developer and art teams.
  • Directed all communication and correspondence with Real Estate Developers, Owners, and Brokers throughout the process and during the product lifecycle. Including understanding their use and needs, design aesthetic, special project requirements, incorporating feedback, troubleshooting for tech problems, and gathering product feedback for internal development.
  • Led a team of ~15 on site 3d modelers, 5 Managers, as well as between 5-10 outsource production teams for the three different product lines, for the delivery of over 500 interactive experiences. 
  • Internal direction of product vision and challenges, acting as the pivot between the production team, business team, sales team, and the product + engineering team. Provided direct feedback and concepts for product improvements
  • Reported directly to the CEO on progress, revenues, financials, product failures & successes, problem areas, team growth, and special projects
  • Business development on exploring new product lines and customer base. Production of product mockups, potential business models, interviewing potential customers.
